Opening by Prof. Jana Hajšlová, Ph.D.
The opening remarks will be given by internationally recognized food safety and quality expert Prof. Jana Hajšlová. She serves at UCT Prague, where she leads an accredited Metrology and Testing Laboratory, and she will personally guide participants through it as part of the program.
