On Monday, September 16, 2024, we represented CZU at the 7th annual ESG Leadership Conference on the theme "Sustainability as a Business Model," organized by the Business Leaders Forum. Specifically, we participated in the workshop panel "Effective Collaboration Between the Private and Academic Sectors." We presented examples of activities taking place at the Czech University of Life Sciences and outlined potential cooperation options and areas with regard to ESG. The conference was attended by more than 200 sustainability experts, and the first-ever Czech Sustainability Leader Award was presented.
As one of the keynote speakers, Professor Jan Jonker from Radboud University (NL), stated: "Change is entirely dependent on collaboration; no one can save the world alone." We also believe that collaboration and mutual communication are essential.
